For the weekend of the 8th and 9th of February, all Children under the age of 16 will be able to visit City Museum for free as part of the Children of Winchester Festival! *
Do your children love history? Are they excited about the inner workings of a museum? Join us at Winchester City Museum for our Kids Takeover Weekend!
Help us look after the museum with our daily tasks, such as cleaning displays, tidying our activity tables, and making example crafts for other visitors. Challenge yourself to become a historical game master by learning and playing our historical games. You can even assist with our social media content by creating a poster about an artefact, which you can hand in to staff to be posted that day!
*Winchester City Museum only, all children are required to be accompanied by a paying adult.
